North Carolina Disaster Recovery Framework

The purpose of the North Carolina Disaster Recovery Framework (NCDRF) is to offer direction to the North Carolina Disaster Recovery Task Force in its mission to address the unmet needs of communities affected by a disaster. The Framework describes the role of state agencies and their partners in assisting with recovery efforts and is designed to address the complex and unique nature of disasters.
