Fire Departments have access to both E-Plan and our software for accessing those reports.

If you answered yes to the previous question, please explain below and provide the local ordinance or policy if available.We have 6 levels of fees for our billing. 1-3 deal with bulk storing and EHS and 4-6 deal with petroleum products. Each level has a quantity range for how much material is being stored. Level 3 is the cheapest for bulk storage and applies to facilities that are storing chemicals in quantities of only 55 gallons or just meeting TIER II reporting requirements. Next level is 2 which covers larger bulk storage up to 1,499 gallons. Level 1 is anything being stored at or above 1,500 gallons or storing any EHS chemical. For levels 4-6 dealing with petroleum products 6 is the lowest or cheapest and applies to local gas station tanks going up to 5 and then 4 being the largest quantities starting at anything 10,000 gallons and over.
