Juvenile Apprehended, Returned to Secure Custody

State and local law enforcement officials have apprehended a juvenile who on Dec. 15 failed to return to secure custody at the Chatham Youth Development Center, following a home visit in Lincoln County.

Officials with the Lincolnton Police Department took the juvenile identified as John C. back into custody in Lincolnton at 2 p.m. John C. has been returned to secure custody at a Division of Adult Correction and Juvenile Justice juvenile detention center.
