State and local law enforcement officials have apprehended the second of two juveniles who on Sunday, Nov. 10, 2019 escaped from the Stonewall Jackson Youth Development Center.
Marshals with the U.S. Marshals Service apprehended the juvenile identified as Christopher H. He has been returned to secure custody at a Division of Adult Correction and Juvenile Justice juvenile detention center.
Several agencies assisted in the search for the juvenile including the DPS Special Operations and Intelligence Unit, Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office, Black Mountain Police Department, Hickory Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service.
