RALEIGH — Death Row offender Carl Stephen Moseley #0294214 died Thursday, Feb. 17, 2022, at 9:58 p.m. of natural causes at Central Prison Healthcare Complex.
Moseley, 56, was convicted and sentenced to death in Forsyth and Stokes counties for the 1991 murders of Deborah Jane Henley and Dorothy Woods Johnson.
