The North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation and State Highway Patrol will celebrate the groundbreaking of a new armory and technical services unit facility with a ceremony at the planned construction site. The ceremony will include remarks provided by SBI Director Bob Schurmeier, SHP Colonel Freddy Johnson, Jr. and DPS Architectural Services Manager Ray Clark. |
