State and local law enforcement officials have apprehended a juvenile who on July 9 failed to return to community commitment at Eckerd Connects, following a home visit in Harnett County.

State and local law enforcement officials have apprehended a juvenile who on July 9 failed to return to community commitment at Eckerd Connects, following a home visit in Harnett County.

Officials with the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office took the juvenile identified as Malachi W. back into custody on Monday, July 17, at his home in Fuquay-Varina. Malachi W. has been placed in secure custody at a Division of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention juvenile detention center.
