Offender Joshua A. Biby (#0636287) died this morning at Neuse Correctional Institution in an apparent suicide.

Escaped inmate Robert Terrell (#0579121) was arrested at about 2:20 a.m. Tuesday by Durham Police, assisted by correctional officers from the NC Department of Public Safety.
