 On Thursday, January 26, 2023, NC ALE and Granville County Sheriff’s Office seized over 200 pounds of marijuana, more than 20 pounds of liquid THC, non-tax paid liquor and a large sum of cash while executing search warrants.

Johnston County, N.C. – On Friday, January 20, 2023, NC ALE coordinated a joint operation to address criminal activity in and around ABC permitted establishments in Johnston County.

Three handguns, marijuana and alcoholic beverages were found and seized during an investigation which resulted in multiple arrests and one teen hospitalized. 

The N.C. Department of Public Safety today announced the appointment of Richard J. Trumper as Senior Advisor for Disaster Recovery.
